I coach the way I wanted to be coached.

I'm Donovan. I coach the people who used to be in the locker room and now run the meeting. Athletes whose bodies were trained for a season and whose lives are now training them for forty years.

Most coaching gets the timeline wrong. It optimizes for the next six weeks. Vitality is a forty-year game, and the system has to be built for that math from day one. That's the only reason this practice exists.

The Letter is how I share the work in public. The Stack is what I trust. The practice is how I work with twelve people closely, four times a year. All three answer the same question — what does it take to keep working at sixty?
